L’Signature Hotel in Hanoi is stunning. We stayed there for three nights. The hotel is in a great location so that the Old Quater can be easily explored on foot. The Hotel amenities are very nice and you can enjoy the rich breakfast above the rooftops of Hanoi. We had a wonderful stay and the staff is really great. They all were very friendly and helped us with things like booking transportation or handling the luggage. After checking out, we were allowed to leave our luggage at the hotel for another day as we were going to Halong for one night. When we picked up our luggage, we were also given recommendations for our further trip through Vietnam. We really felt at home during our stay. We can highly recommend the Hotel and would definitely come back. Many thanks to Mr. Nguyen and his team for the great time.

I had an incredible stay at L'Signature Hotel & Spa in Hanoi's Old Quarter. From the moment I arrived, the service staff went above and beyond—warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. They made me feel completely at home. The rooms were impressively spacious, immaculately clean, and had every amenity I could possibly need. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into making guests feel comfortable and well taken care of. Location-wise, it couldn't be better. Nestled right in the lively Old Quarter, it's perfect for exploring Hanoi's charming streets. And as a bonus—Pizza 4P's is just a 2-minute walk away! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi.

The overall experience was exceptional. The service provided was beyond our expectations, from helping with the bags to the quick handeling of the check-in. Everyone at the hotel was super friendly and helpful during the 4 nights that we have slept here. The hotel is located in the old center of Hanoi, and locations like the temple of literature are within walking distance. Tips for exploring the city provided by the front desk were excellent, even as the tours that were arranged. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was amazingly tasty, diverse and fresh. We would definitely recommend this hotel when traveling to Hanoi!

- from the moment we entered until the moment we checked out of the hotel we have received amazing service, kindness and attention from the entire staff - rooms are spacious, cleaned up meticulously and newly furnished with high quality furniture - big bathroom, with shower and bathtub and all amenities - comfortable beds - location, location - we enjoyed late afternoon and evenings on the rooftop terrace with beautiful views. All in all 10/10, and extra thanks to the hotel manager, mr Leo Nguyen for going above and beyond to make our stay pleasant and worth of our return to this little gem in the old town of Hanoi.

The daily breakfast is excellent, and the rooftop bar has views of the lake and live music at night. Leo is the manager, and he is a real gentleman. I plan on returning for business later in the year, and again, I will stay at this property. It's that good! PS- Nancy, the concierge, booked us a tour to Halong Bay on Stellar Cruisers, and she is fantastic. She handled everything making it a perfect experience.
